Alejandra leads T&C's Tax Law practice and plays a key role in strengthening the firm's legal practice. She advises companies on tax, corporate and cross-border matters, leading the legal execution of complex engagements and delivering practical, strategic and commercially sound solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

She has led the design and implementation of tax planning structures, as well as domestic and cross-border corporate reorganisations, advising companies on the tax implications of complex legal and corporate transactions.

She is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia and holds a Specialization in International Tax Law from the same university. Her practice is defined by a pragmatic approach, combining legal precision with a strong commercial perspective to help clients make confident decisions in increasingly complex regulatory environments.
