AndrésPinzón Calle

Andrés leads T&C's Corporate Law practice, advising companies on corporate governance, corporate law and sector-specific regulation. He supports companies across a wide range of industries, as well as radio broadcasting operators, in structuring their operations, corporate decision-making and regulatory compliance.

He brings more than twenty-eight years of experience advising radio broadcasting companies and supporting regulatory compliance before Colombia's Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies (MinTIC) and other supervisory authorities. He also advises companies in the real sector on corporate and commercial matters, helping them navigate complex legal challenges with certainty and a practical business perspective.

He is a lawyer from Universidad Santo Tomás, holds a Specialization in Corporate Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and completed executive studies in Integral Management at Universidad del Rosario.
