María Camila leads T&C's Strategy practice, driving the firm's strategic agenda through corporate partnerships, institutional alliances and organisational transformation initiatives. She works across multicultural environments to strengthen T&C's long-term growth, positioning and international development.

She brings more than thirteen years of experience in corporate strategy and executive leadership. Throughout her career, she has specialised in strategic partnerships, organisational transformation and stakeholder engagement, while leading global initiatives focused on women's empowerment, sustainability and long-term institutional impact.

She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has completed executive studies in negotiation, business management and coaching. She also completed executive programmes at UC Berkeley and holds an MBA from IPADE Business School.
