Over fifteen years as a domestic and international advisor in corporate, commercial and international trade law. Her practice centers on cross-border structuring, corporate governance, transfer pricing, foreign exchange regulations and international trade, supporting boards and investment committees on high-impact decisions.

Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Corporate Law. She completed the MBA Essentials program at The London School of Economics (LSE), alongside executive programs at INALDE Business School, IE Law School, Universidad EAFIT and the Trade Academy of the Board of Trade Sweden in Stockholm.
