Julián leads T&C's International Business Development practice, connecting companies, investors and family offices with strategic opportunities across Latin America, the Middle East and Europe. He combines capital, strategy and execution to structure complex transactions and support business expansion in multicultural and cross-border environments.

He brings more than twenty years of experience at the intersection of business, government and international markets. Throughout his career, he has structured complex business opportunities, led the creation of a Free Trade Zone in Colombia, and developed public-private partnerships for infrastructure, logistics and international trade projects. He has also advised on the structuring and implementation of high-impact investments, combining strategic execution with a strong risk assessment approach.

Based in Dubai, he focuses on strengthening business connections between Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, supporting companies, investors and family offices in their international growth and expansion strategies.
