MarcelaPinzón Faccini

Marcela Pinzón is Partner and CEO of T&C Consulting Group, and Co-Founder of Arenzu by T&C. She leads the firm's strategy and international expansion, advising companies, investors and family offices on cross-border structuring, corporate governance, capital strategy and investment readiness. Based in London, she oversees T&C's operations across Dubai and Bogotá.

She brings more than fifteen years of experience across the information, consulting and technology sectors, including twelve years at Experian, where she held leadership roles across Colombia, Peru and the United Kingdom. Her experience spans corporate strategy, M&A, data governance and compliance, with a strong focus on international expansion and value creation.

She holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CESA. She has further complemented her education with Asian Studies at Kansai Gaidai University (Japan) and executive programmes at Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), IE Law School and Google.
