Marcelo leads T&C's Corporate Finance and Investment Banking practice, advising companies on valuation, financial strategy, capital structure and investment decisions. He supports clients in strengthening their financial performance through strategic planning, capital optimisation and long-term value creation.

He brings more than twenty years of experience in corporate finance, having served as Head Trader and CFO in the financial sector, as well as CFO and COO across the construction, healthcare and environmental industries. Throughout his career, he has developed valuation models, financial projections, leverage strategies and capital structures, while leading financial performance assessments focused on cash flow, profitability and sustainable growth.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA).
