Natalia leads T&C's business development strategy in the United Arab Emirates, strengthening the firm's regional presence and connecting companies, investors and family offices with expansion opportunities across the Middle East, Europe and Latin America. She combines data-driven strategies, customer-centric transformation and business development to build long-term relationships and support international growth.

She brings more than nine years of experience in marketing, project management, pricing and business development within the Oil & Gas industry. Throughout her career, she has led commercial and digital transformation initiatives focused on strengthening stakeholder relationships, developing new markets and positioning organisations for long-term growth in highly competitive environments.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CESA and a Master's degree in International Business from IÉSEG School of Management (France).
