Pablo AndrésPérez García

Pablo is a Partner at T&C and Co-Founder of Arenzu by T&C in Dubai. He leads T&C's international expansion strategy, advising companies, investors and family offices on structuring cross-border operations across the Middle East, Europe and Latin America.

He brings more than ten years of experience advising clients on complex cross-border transactions involving international tax, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and investment strategy. At T&C, he leads a multidisciplinary team specialising in Corporate Law, M&A, International Tax, International Trade and Transfer Pricing.

He is a lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia and holds both a Specialization and a Master's degree in State Law with a concentration in Tax Law. He also completed the MBA Essentials programme at The London School of Economics (LSE), together with executive programmes at INALDE Business School, the Colombian Institute of Tax Law (ICDT) and Universidad EAFIT.
