PaulaAlfaro Ibáñez

Paula is part of T&C's Business Development team, supporting the firm's commercial growth through client relationship management, commercial coordination and business development initiatives. She works closely with internal teams to strengthen client relationships and support the execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the firm's continued growth.

She brings more than five years of experience in customer service, commercial management, executive support and the organisation of high-impact events across corporate and sports environments. Her experience combines strong organisational skills with a proactive, client-focused approach.

She holds a degree in Sports Sciences from Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas y Ambientales (U.D.C.A), contributing to T&C's commercial strategy through the coordination of business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
