Valentina is part of T&C's Business Development team, supporting the firm's commercial growth through client relationship management, commercial coordination and business development initiatives. She works closely with internal teams to strengthen client engagement, streamline commercial processes and support the firm's growth strategy.

She brings six years of experience in customer service and executive support, contributing to commercial coordination, stakeholder management and the execution of strategic initiatives. Her experience combines strong organisational skills with a client-focused approach and a commitment to operational excellence.

She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz, complementing her professional experience with a strong understanding of human behaviour and interpersonal communication.
