Victoria advises companies and individuals on tax controversy matters as part of T&C's Tax practice. She represents clients in national and local tax disputes, bringing a strategic perspective shaped by her experience within Colombia's tax administration and Judicial Branch.

She brings extensive public sector experience, having served as a tax lawyer at the Secretariat of Finance and within the Judicial Branch. Her background has enabled her to build a strong practice in tax controversy, administrative proceedings and tax litigation.

She is a lawyer from Universidad Libre de Colombia and holds a Specialization in Administrative Law from the same university. She also holds Specializations in Tax Law and International Tax Law, as well as a Master's degree in State Law with a concentration in Tax Law, all from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
